Still impossible to access emails- started Tuesday evening and when attempting to get in via virgin media website it just comes up with :
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
any help appreciated
had issues since Tuesday when my emails became inaccessible- It is an ntlworld address but don’t know if this is relevant.
tried to log in on website rather than outlook or phone but say to try again in 1 hour as not available.
changed passwords but still no access to my emails - any advice appreciated

I have now reset this for you, please try again, once in please change the password to prevent this happening again.
I've had exactly the same problem.
I can sign into my VM account for billing etc, but absolutely no joy with signing into my emails.
