Problems Accessing Emails

We have four email addresses in our household. Three of them are working fine but our primary one isn't. We have been able to access the mailbox since late last Wednesday. I have phoned over and over with no success and nobody is answering any online messages I have sent. Last Friday an advisor in customer services told me that was a fault, and that it could be a week before it is fixed but haven't managed to speak to anyone since. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

So exactly what is the error message are you seeing when you try to access the email account?

Knowing that would mean that Community Forum members would be able to give some advice. 😉
