Hi, I am trying to access my Virgin Media account but when I choose forgotten password and input my date of birth and security question answer nothing happens when I press continue.

If you have a Virgin Media Broadband account, one of the Forum Team (VM employees who support this forum) should be able to help you with this.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with resetting your password at this time.
Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies and try using a browser other than Chrome to see if this allows the next page to load when you submit your answers.

Hi, I have cleared the cache and cookies but it has made no difference on Microsoft Edge and downloaded Firefox and tried on that browser too but no joy unfortunately.
