I was originally with ntlworld, and have an email dating from then which is registered with a number of companies etc that I deal with. More recently I have set up a gmail account
Both my mobile phone and my tablet receive emails from both these accounts. However, the account on my desktop has started telling me that it cannot access my ntlworld account and perhaps I need to update my password. When I click on the email it asks me to fix it or change settings . As far as I can see - I'm not very au fait with this sort of thing - the sync setting for these two accounts is still on.
Any idea whats happening please? Everything is still fine on my other devices.

Hi Cubitt, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the email.
Would you be able to clear the cache and cookies and try to log in? Does it give you the option to change the password?
