Primary mail box deleted by Virgin on recent works carried out

Virgin have deleted my primary mailbox when carrying out their latest works in June 2023.  I can still log in to the actual account to see my bills etc using this email address and password but when I try to re add the account via virgin email it says 'provided password for email address is incorrect.  It looks like Virgin have restored an old email address instead (this used to be the primary email but Virgin changed and deleted it back in 2019.  Both email addresses are ntlworld.

Sorry to hear about the incorrect email being reinstated after our outage.

We can get this raised with our IT Team to take a look at swapping them back for you.
