Have to send them to Gmail to access the links. Nearly two weeks now when are virgin going to sort it. Like other people I have lost important emails.

The “Checking URI…” message before open a link seems to be new (unannounced) functionality. Are you able to post an example link that is blocked?
If you are sure the link is safe try right clicking on it and selecting option to open link in new tab or background tab as a temporary workaround.
