Could you please delete the old and unused email account that I have with ntlworld? I do not have an active virgin media account for many years, but I think someone hacked into it and send spam mail to others. As I always received Message Delivery Failure email forwarded to my current email address.
I have tried to contact your webchat, was asked to called the customer service, waited for more than half an hour and line was cut.
I am totally sick of receiving the message delivery failure email filled up my mailbox!
I'm having the exact same problem - infuriating isn't it! I've also tried chat, phone, text and this webforum but no responses or help in over 2 weeks, all the whilst a hacker has access to my emails and all accounts linked to it.
