Please delete my Blueyonder Acc

Please help. I have been hacked so many times. I have posted on here weeks ago and still no reply. I have phoned and sat on hold for hours. I have emailed and yet nothing. I am so stressed. I closed my account with you over a year ago. PLEASE HELP ME. I AM DESPERATE. PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER 20 PLUS YEARS WITH VIRGIN. ANGRY. SAD. APPALLED. I GET WERE ALL BUSY AND TIRED BUT I AM AT RISK HERE FINANCIALLY AND YOU ARE IGNORING ME. I ONLY JOINED THIS COMMUNITY FOR THIS 1 ISSUE. PLEASE SOLVE IT. PLEASE PLEASE.

Thanks. I have been calling. Every week. Nightmare to get through to anyone as an old account. Just end up going round voice menu. And when eventually speak to a human get put on hold.
