Please can someone help me disable my deceased mother's blueyonder email account??
My mum passed away in July 2019. I was told everything had been shut down in terms of her account but her phone is still getting emails today. I spoke to someone called Jake on the "Bereavement Team" last week on Tuesday or Wednesday and he said he would get this sorted and email me to confirm by Saturday. I have had no email direct to me and yet my mum's account is still getting mail. Nothing of any great importance but that's not the point, this should have been done a while ago and I would really like to get this sorted. I'm afraid that no, I do not have her email log in details, only her old Virgin account number and blueyonder email address.
