I regularly receive phishiing or Spam type email via Virgin - why do they not block them? Or if I try to forward them to reporting phishing @gov.uk or back to Virgin, they now "block" ME from sending these back.

Sorry to hear that you're getting spam and phishing mails through to you quarrdene.
If you receive the message that you have been blocked when sending the mail to us, this means that the spam/phishing mail from that sender has already been logged with us.
