Phishing? Deactivate Virginmedia Email Account

Hi

I've just received an email titled "Unexpected Email De-Activation".  It regards a valid email account which I require, so it's of concern.

When checking the email the sender is titled "Virgin Media", but the actual email address is -

info@onlineservice.com

Am I correct in presuming that this is not an account that Virginmedia uses, & is probably someone phishing?

Thanks for any help in anticipation

Re: Phishing? Deactivate Virginmedia Email Account

Definitely not from Virgin Media; forward to phishing@virginmedia.com and delete, if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.
