I've just received an email titled "Unexpected Email De-Activation". It regards a valid email account which I require, so it's of concern.
When checking the email the sender is titled "Virgin Media", but the actual email address is -
Am I correct in presuming that this is not an account that Virginmedia uses, & is probably someone phishing?

Definitely not from Virgin Media; forward to email@example.com and delete, if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.
