Hi

gow would I change my ntlworld.com password? I’ve had lots of problems and want to change it, thanks

Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.

Do people sending you the mail receive any notification or does the email bounce back as undelivered?

Have you checked your webmail settings to see if your incoming mail is being forwarded elsewhere?

Click on Settings > Email and check under Auto Forward and Filters rules.
