I am entering in the correct security details for my password reset but when I click continue - nothing happens - can anyone assist?

Sorry to see you are unable to reset your password. When you say nothing is happening, what do you mean by this?

Are you able to try another browser to see if this is the same?

I click 'Continue, the Virgin Media animation goes round and the page stays the same.

I have tried three browsers and have the same result.
