One of my daughters virgin media email account has stopped working for some reason.I have checked my other 2 children's accounts and mine which all work fine.I logged into my account and she changed the password, but it still says wrong password/email address.Tried on different devices (ipad,android phone, PC etc) but still does not work.If anyone could help, I would be most grateful as she needs her email to apply for college placement.
Hi, thanks for reply. Yes we have tried to access via webmail on all devices too and it still says invalid email or password. Was working when she last checked a couple of days ago. Still does not work.
