Password change

I am trying to change my virgin.net email password. It keeps saying try another password. Even if I try strong ones they recommend . TIA

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some issues changing your email password. 

Are you able to sign into your mailbox without issues? Have you tried a different password with different combination of letters and numbers?
