Password Rejected

I'm unable to log in to my virgin media email or online account.

Virgin Media changed my password today and I have it clearly written down AND for F O U R hours this morning, whilst trying to get someone in VirginMedia to deal with my loss of internet, I must have answered the password question at least a dozen times, so it must be right so why cant I log in ?

After today, I'm questioning closing my account.

Virginmedia will never ask you for your email account password in a phone call or online chat or via a private message.

They will only ever ask for characters from your customer verification passphrase.

You don't need a password to access your VM internet connection, other than by WiFi, so it is not clear at all from your post what your current issue actually is.
