I generated a 3rd party password for my emails. Thunderbird, Iphone etc. Everything working ok. I tried same password to log onto My Virginmedia incorrect and cannot change password online need to contact them.
Would I be better just generating a new one again ?or does anyone know what they will do when I contact them?
Is it the same password for the emails as for My Virgin Media? Thank you

If you were prompted to change your Sign in Email Address before being able to generate App Password then you must use that new Sign in Email Address when signing into My Virgin Media or webmail.
