I find it bloody annoying that VM keep changing the goal post without notifying the end users in advance. I was setup for Biometrics and without warning the biometric doesn't work and I am forced to select a Passkey when one has not been set yet. Has this Passkey been set to all Virginmedia accounts now? I know what Passkeys are and have set it up on other sites when I need to gain access to non VM accounts and websites, but as usual VM complicates things.
Can someone guide me on how to set this up?
