POP3 problems with Blueyonder outgoing

I am currently experiencing a problem with my POP3 account. Emails can be received but won't send.

When I try to send, I get an error message from the SMTP blueyonder server saying Sender Domain Invalid (VM424)

I'm using Eudora with Windows 10 using [REMOVED] and have had no problems with it until yesterday.

Any ideas?

Has something been changed at the Virgin end?

Re: POP3 problems with Blueyonder outgoing

VM424 would suggest that while you are using Virgin Media's servers to send mail, you're not using a VM domain.

There appears to have been a problem with the mechanisms that VM use to check the domain, but affected people are now saying they can send.
