Own email address & Virgin Media account emails going into Spam
I have an issue where all emails sent as either CC or BC so I have a copy are not coming back to me they are going straight into my spam folder. I have checked to make sure my email address is not in the Blacklisted section and it is not.
I have just sent myself a test message to my own email address and this goes straight into the spam folder.
Yes I have many times click on not spam as well but it still does it.
I also have the same issue with emails sent from Virgin Media with regards to my bills etc also going into my spam folder.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve this please.
