I have wasted time speaking to virgin who passed the buck to a device recovery department who wanted remote access and £20 to fix my settings and would then bill me for 6 months tech support !
I have fair idea of how to manually tweak my account setting in Outlook 2019 but Virgin seemed unwilling / unable to advise required port settings.
I have had no problem using Outlook 2007 but the account settings I have copied from there dont seem to work in Outlook 2019. Do you have any advice on this please ? Cheers in advance for any help - Geoff
