I recive emails to my blueyonder email address via Outlook on my PC. All of a sudden it is prompting me for the password and re-entering the password is not working. Why has it suddenly stopped working and what do I do to fix it?
It is an IMAP account, the server settings are imap.virginmedia.com & smtp.virginmedia.com, the incoming server is 993 and the outgoing 465 & the type of encrypted connections is set to SSL for both.
