I can use webmail and my mobile phone email alright but my laptop produces an error as above..
It had been sending but not receiving. Last night I spoke to a Virgin support He suggested changes then either hung up or got cut off. Since then it will not send or receive. It seems to me what I need is to change the settings. on the laptop. I'd appreciate advice.
HOWEVER, today Virgin support switched me to an Asian lady who told me I had to sign up to a £20 fee then £5 a month to proceed. I declined.. Is this a SCAM? I already pay over £100 a month
