Ntlworld email Problem
im using outlook 2013 and emails take up to a week to be delivered to this email client ( and thunderbird and ms mail too for that matter)
but they appear immediately on my iPhone.
my wife’s ntlworld email is linked to the same VM account, uses same outlook 2013, on the same pc on the same router, same network and works perfectly. She has her own user profile, as do I.
i get a lot of “server unexpectedyterminated connection” messages. and outlook keeps asking for my password.
what on earth is going on, whose fault is it and what can I do about it?
Can you confirm that you are using the recommended settings shown here:
And are the settings the same in all clients, including your wife's email address?
What results do you get if you analyse the headers? This should show where the delay is occurring. Don't post any personal information, just the results.
