Outgoing mail wrongly blocked as SPAM

Too frequently recently my outgoing emails are blocked as spam.  Mine is a very long-standing virgin.net personal account, accessed through Outlook (MS Office 2016).  Today I got this message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
     Subject:     FW: Tanzanian leader's dangerous response to Coronavirus......from African Arguments
     Sent:  08/05/2020 12:42
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
     xxxxxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com) on 08/05/2020 12:42
           552 5.7.0 SPAM Content Found (VM603) X1NmjGwLeoX2yX1NmjBEen

My email included a URL and was a reply to an email that included a copy of a newspaper article which itself included a few links - but the URL was inactivated and split up in this version of the email: two minutes earlier with the URL intact the rejection line stated: 

           552 5.7.0 SPAM Content Found (VM603) X1LljGvqToX2yX1LljBEXt

This sort of over-aggressive blocking of single emails from a personal account is infuriating and time-consuming.  It is apparent from other posts in this forum that it is a widespread problem of long standing.  

What is Virgin doing about it?
