My Gmail outgoing emails from my phone work perfectly.
So it seems it's just your VM emails that are being blocked.
In that case there are a couple of things you can do to troubleshoot why that's happening
Go online with your phone using your mobile data network rather than your VM wifi and see if you can send emails from the phone's email app that way.
When connected via mobile data your email will be sent from an IP address allocated by your mobile provider. So if you can send VM emails over their network it suggests that VM are blocking your emails because the IP address of your VM home network is listed on a blocklist.
You can check that by following these steps.
Your IP address may well be listed on the PBL, but that is to be expected and is not a problem.
Post back with how that all goes and which list if any your VM IP address is listed on. Don't worry about the PBL list that won't be causing the problem, also please do not post your IP address here.
