I'm a keyworker working from home and i have had to change network provider to get a better connectivity.
Beginning to wish i had never signed up for virgin. Had lots of issues. only been using the damn thing for 10 days.
Now the main issue is neither me nor hubby can send outgoing emails from our Samsung Galaxy android phones.
Have tried imap and pop and double and re checked all set up correct. All email address and passwords are correct and we haven't changed passwords.
Have already checked and can see IP address is NOT blacklisted.
Anyone advise how i can get my emails to send from my android phone. seems to be a common problem but cannot find any solution.
