Hello,
Our SMTP server IP address appears to be blocked/blacklisted by Virginmedia.
Due to this, we are unable to send emails to the recipients at
virginmedia.com, ntlworld.com, blueyonder.co.uk
Our emails are being deferred and the error messages are:
host mx.tb.ukmail.iss.... refused to talk to me: 421 mx5.tb.ukmail.iss.... mx5.tb.ukmail.iss.... MXIN107 Connections from your IP <our_IP> have been disallowed by admin policy.
We have blacklist monitoring enabled and we know this IP address is not on any blacklists.
Could somebody from Virginmedia.com please help us unblock our IP address ?
