I am no longer virgin broadband customer.
I have an ntlworld email account which I can now see is compromised by a hacker. I am concerned that this situation will worsen as they use my email for no good (as they have been already!!).
I unable to change the password as I can no longer log in through the web mail interface.
The Forum Team will be able to ensure the email account is fully closed down.
They will contact you via this forum by Private message to obtain details.
It may take several days in the current circumstances.
