Hi,
I have 2 orphaned emails accounts that need to move to the new VM Main Account. I have the details of both accounts and the email addresses if one of the team could PM me

@Jeff1001 There are very limited circumstances in which orphaned email accounts can be moved to a different VM broadband. In any case the move and transfer wipes out any email addresses already set on the recipient account.
The VM Forum Team should be able to investigate the possibilities in your case and advise you further when they reach this thread in a day or so.

Hi there @Jeff1001, welcome to our forum and thanks for your post.
As @Graham_A has advised we certainly can do a move and transfer to recover your orphaned email, however it is correct that bringing an orphaned email onto an active account will mean it will replacement email you currently have on the account.
