Hi I had a virgin account many years ago. When I had it I created a blueyonder email account. When I left I set up an auto reply to inform people of my new email address. Now many years latter I am still receiving multiple emails a day on this account and I can’t switch it off or the auto reply as I can’t get access.
Can I please arrange for this account to be deleted. From other forum posts I can see that @Zoie_P has helped other orphaned email account users get there accounts deleted but I seem to not be able to post on those forums.
Any help with resolving this would be awesome.
