Hi, i have an issue with an orphaned email address. it was working until Monday but has now stopped. i have had that email address as part of my VM subscription since day 1 but it is now no longer attached under "my profile" once i log into my virgin media account. please help. i am a VM Broadband customer and have been for circa 10 years without break, it's my main email address!

Sorry, I should have said - it is a virginmedia.com email address and I get incorrect credentials error message from email clients but I cannot reset credentials as when I try to log on to virgin mail (https://mail2.virginmedia.com/) am told that now account is associated with the email address.
Can someone help "re-attach" to my VM account please.
