Orphaned Account

Hi,

for the first time in ages I have just logged out of my email account and can no longer get back into it. I have started reading that apparently I should have heard from Virgin years ago saying I should have shut my email account down but never did. So I guess this is an orphaned account.  

So now for some reason I can no longer get back in. It asks me about my birthdate etc and although I 100% know the information know it is correct it won let me change the password. 

I am happy to get a new email but I need to be able to access my old emails for certain information. 

Can i access this email account still please?

if you are no longer a customer Virgin can't help you gain access again all they can do is make sure the account gets fully deleted

Sorry to hear this has occurred, regrettably, any email addresses that are not linked to an active media account are deleted. Once they are deleted it is not possible to get back in as the mailbox has been fully removed.
