Hi all, I've had a virgin.net email account for decades. Never had any other service, eg, broadband, mobile etc..
tThe virgin server won't accept my security question answer then asks me for account details, which I've never had...
How can I change my password or access my VirginMedia email account?
Unfortunately you can't. The email account should have closed some years ago after the dial up service was switched off.
As a long shot try entering your security answers in all Upper Case letters
The only help that VM staff can give you is to ensure the account is now deleted completely.
