I ordered a WiFi box last Tuesday and received a phone call on Friday asking for proof of who I was and that I was living at my address (previous tenant hadn't closed their account). I sent these to the email address however I haven't heard back yet. I can't phone because I don't have a Virgin number or account number as haven't received confirmation that the box is definitely coming on a specific date (other than confirmation of ordering it). Please could I have some help. Want to get things moving asap.
