Only access is secondary account

Dear all,

I am a legacy customer - signed up for Blueyonder service in 2001. My original account email has a blueyonder domain name and I can no longer access this account. This is my primary email address for Virgin Media access. For the past five years or more, I have been accessing the Virgin Media website including webmail using a secondary account with a virginmedia.com domain.

How can i restore access to VirginMedia as a primary account holder, and not through a secondary account? I want to be able to access all functions in the Virgin Media website including upgrade offers.
