Ongoing missing emails - virginmedia mailbox

Despite the positive sounding email from Axel Wehrle, Director of Customer Service, Virgin Media - 'all of your historic emails should now be available' - they remain missing.

I still have no emails available prior to those received on 20 June 2023.

In the meantime, VM are happy to continue to bill me the full amount.

Please advise what is being done to fix this, when I can expect historic emails to be resinstated and how to go about claiming a refund.

I'm going to drop you a private message to collect some more information and investigate further, keep an eye on your inbox for a message from myself. As for refunds, we do not provide refunds for loss of email, everything on our auto comp scheme can be found here
