We were told this issue was resolved a few weeks ago, yet today I am still having the same problems accessing my blueyonder email via my email client - outlook and apple mail.
Connections to the IMAP server either time out or keep trying to send and receive, but again today I have had some emails this morning first thing and then nothing all day?? I am expecting some emails but they haven't arrived.
This is issue is becoming monotonous now and very frustrating and the help from VM is virtually non existent.
Hey there sjb676, sorry to hear about your email issues. Can I ask whether the Blueyonder email is currently attached to an active cable account? You've mentioned 3rd party email clients but can I ask whether you're having problems with just our webserver page here ? I just want to see if there is an issue with the email account or whether it's related to the 3rd party email apps pulling from the webserver.
Sorry, not sure what you mean about being linked to a "cable account"? I am a VM customer using your broadband, TV and phone services?
I don't seem to have an issue accessing my email through your webserver, the issue is being able to download and view my email and connecting to your imap server from apple mail or outlook? It has been a constant problem for months now and has got much worse recently.
