Old virgin account

Please I'm trying to login into an old virgin email account its a recovery account for a Gmail one I've had for many years but without the old phone or password or recovery email address I'm finding it really hard I no I had an account with yourselves when I lived At an old address I am willing to give you what details I can but on a secure way the address I'm trying to recover has everything on it I have id of bank statements and other means just not drivers license if anyone could help I'd be most grateful.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

Sorry to hear of the situation you are in here. Just to confirm - if you no longer have an active account, and the email address in question is/was attached to an account that is de-active/cancelled there is a 90 day period in which is given to transfer all information, as they are deleted after that point. There may be a small chance that the email is still active as sometimes they can go undetected by our system. I just want to be clear and honest to avoid any disappointment.
