Hi I have an old ntlworld email which has been hacked and is sending out emails even though I've not had an account for 20years... how do I get it cancelled.

We have made the request to the IT team to get this email deleted.
Usually they say 5 working days but in most cases they do it on the same day.
Either way, this will be deleted shortly.
