Hi my old ntlworld account has been hacked and I would like it permanently removed as the guy is setting up accounts with it.  I haven't used it for 6 odd years, but you haven't deleted the mailbox, as I'm no longer a customer virgin phone line people don't want to know.  Please could someone delete my old account?  Thanks
