Old 'blueyonder' email on Outlook .. now on a dead computer

I set up a blueyonder email many years ago and used Outlook to read / write everything .. as you did in the olden days.

The computer is no longer working but I have some emails going to this account still. I tried setting a new password on something this morning, so asked for a password reset .. but of course this will have been sent to the Blueyonder email

Is there any way of getting access to this on a new computer ? or even on my phone

I usually use Gmail and Yahoomail now, but would like to see the other emails, even just to officially close it down and make sure nothing important is going there.

thanks!

Provided that the blueyonder email address is still active and tied to your current VM broadband account you should be able to access it via the VM webmail page.

Re: Old 'blueyonder' email on Outlook .. now on a dead computer

If the blueyonder email account is still active and correctly attached to your current Virgin Media account you should be able to change the password by using this link https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index and signing in to My Virgin Media.

Then access the email account using webmail by going to https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ and signing in with the blueyonder account details.

Once access has been confirmed you should be able to add the account to your email client.
