Hi. My old blueyonder email account appears to be sending spam out despite me leaving virgin over three years ago (moved house.) I keep getting emails through to my current email address saying emails from my blueyonder account to random people haven’t been accepted by a server. I had set up my blueyonder to forward to my new email while I waited for virgin to shut it down. I can’t sign in to virgin webmail as the account is well and truly closed. Any ideas?
Having read through a few threads I checked my old blueyonder email address on mail tester and it says that it still exists so I assume someone has hacked it or is spoofing it. Can someone from virgin get in touch and arrange to completely delete that address please? Thanks.
