Are you a VM broadband customer? If NOT, wait here and a Forum Team member (VM employee) can refer this to the email team to have the email address permanently deleted from the VM system. This should have been done 90 days after a customer leaves VM, but the amount of former customers with orphan accounts is seemingly endless!

Read some of the other threads on this issue and you will see that wait time is from about 4 minutes to 3 weeks. It depends on where you are in the queue and how often you post - because each time you do you get relegated down the list.
