Hi there,

I had an old ntlworld email address many years ago, it seems to still be able to receive emails but I have lost access (A very long time ago).

Is there any way I can get the emails forwarded to another address? Or gain access to that email address to receive one specific email?

I'm sorry we were not able to retrieve the email although we have found an alternate means as requested by yourself for assistance.
Usually any emails associated with a closed broadband account get deactivated within 90 days of the service ending, although this may not always be the case, once closed - it really is nearly impossible for us to retrieve them.
