I left Virgin 5 years ago when we moved to an area that doesn't have cable. When I closed my account I was told that my old email addresses would be closed after 90 days but 5 years later they are still active and at least one of the accounts has been compromised and is being used as a spambot.
How do I go about getting these accounts, (the main account and any sub accounts), closed down?
As I'm no longer a Virgin customer I no longer have any access to the accounts to delete them.
