When accessing my Virgin Media emails I keep getting the OX app suite and the emails flash on and off then the blue background requiring me to sign in there.
I have contacted AVG who remotely operated my laptop without success.
I phoned Virgin Media who asked me to change my password.
I've done webchat with Virgin with the result that I was directed to the Gadget Fixers who wanted £5 per month plus £20.
Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Internet Explorer all produce this OX app suite screen.
Having cleared all known cookies I am at a loss as to what I should do next.
Is there anyone out there who knows the answer? That includes you, Virgin Media....
is this issue isolated to a single device or multiple devices?
