OX App issues

OX App suite issues -

I use Edge or Google Chrome - Windows 10. Cleared all my cookies and Cache

I have been experiencing issues for a few months now with my Virgin media webmail page keep flashing and occasionally with the OX App popping up. I cannot view my folders or right an email without it fading in and out endlessly.... Really frustrating.

Any idea what to do or who to contact to fix this once and for all?

I am really sorry you're having this issue when trying to access your email.

Looking back on previous threads whereby users have reported a similar issue, clearing cookies/cache has usually done the trick. I am sorry this hasn't been the case for you. Does this issue still occur when using your browsers Incognito/Private mode?

Have you been able to try logging into webmail on any other browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox?
