I am not able to gain access to my email (Ntlworld) account it keeps telling me my username and password is incorrect. can someone at virgin please rectify

Is the email account in question connected to an active Virgin Media account?

If you do not have a virgin broadband account your email is being closed as having virgin broadband is required for your email to remain working
