Ntlworld

Spoiler
Spoiler
Hi my phone has signed me out of my ntlworld email account which has worked fine for years. How can I reset my password so I can use it again as it’s my main email address. Many thanks

Re: Ntlworld

Try this:

Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.

So does your Dad still have the VM broadband account to which the address is attached?

If so it should still be possible to reset the password via the method outlined.

Re: Ntlworld

you can only have an email account if you have an active VM account.
The email should of been deleted 90 days after the account was closed.
Chances are the system as caught up and noticed and has started the process of deleting it.

All staff can do is speed this up and make sure the account gets deleted
